Description
Are you an Administrative professional with a Real Estate or Property Management background? If so, Accounting Principals may have the right job for you. We have partnered with our client in West Palm Beach looking for a bilingual Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment. This will be a direct hire position paying $22/hr. based on experience and our client is looking to hire ASAP!
Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities of the Administrative Specialist job:
- Support the department by creating documentation
- Answering phone calls and greeting walk-ins
- Working directly with various branch locations and clients
- Assisting with data entry, filing, scanning copying
Required Qualifications:
- Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, Bachelor Degree preferred
- Experience is Property Management or Real Estate company required
- 2+ years of administrative /departmental support
- Microsoft Office experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
