Description

Are you an Administrative professional with a Real Estate or Property Management background? If so, Accounting Principals may have the right job for you. We have partnered with our client in West Palm Beach looking for a bilingual Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment. This will be a direct hire position paying $22/hr. based on experience and our client is looking to hire ASAP!

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities of the Administrative Specialist job:
  • Support the department by creating documentation
  • Answering phone calls and greeting walk-ins
  • Working directly with various branch locations and clients
  • Assisting with data entry, filing, scanning copying

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Experience is Property Management or Real Estate company required
  • 2+ years of administrative /departmental support
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
