
Project/Program Manager I
Description
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project / Program Manager I in Seattle, Washington (WA). Essential Functions:
Identify key performance metrics and measurement methodology for global expansion
Maintain global survey platform and question bank
Develop metrics reporting mechanism for regional onboarding centers
Identify improvement opportunities through new hires feedback data
Help setting up conference rooms in the Meeting Centers on Mondays at 6:45am
Serve on roster creation and weekly operations duties rotation
Assist with the support inbox
Create weekly metrics deck
Support other administrative tasks
Required Qualifications:
- Experience interacting with internal customers at different levels (4+ years)
- Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Business analytic skills
- Ability to work effectively with global teams
- Strong written communication, organizational, and administrative skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- SQL or Data Warehouse Queries experience
- KNet Learning Administrative experience
- Survey experience
- Process Improvement experience
